If the customer finds a fault in the product, or the product is defective or not conforming to the order, the product will be exchanged depending on stock availability or refunded.
Any claim will have to be introduced within 24 hours from the time of reception via the "Contact” button on the site. The customer service will reply to you shortly in order to sort out the discrepancy and find a suitable solution. Please do not directly open a case via Paypal before we could find an agreeable solution as it will slow down the process.
Depending on the customer’s choice, we will refund or exchange the product. If the customer is choosing to be refunded, the payment will be made within 10 days.
If the problem is the responsibility of Bonjour le lin, or it’s partners, we will pay integrally for the amount of the courier cost to return the product.
If the packaging is damaged at reception, please don't accept the package as Bonjour le lin won't take any liability for any damage caused to the product. Once you or someone on your behalf accept a damaged or opened package at reception, there is the risk to have a product which has been spotted or torn during the transit. Please claim immediately to the delivery officer and report the issue in the presence of the officer. Accepting a damaged parcel and sign for good receipt makes the customer approving the package as received in good shape.
Any product that has been damaged, not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product can't be returned and will not be refunded.
As all our products are stitched hand-sewn, the finished size may vary up to 1-2 inches depending on the specified measurement of the product.
A difference in color may be caused by some other reason such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is in the wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible but please note this is not considered as a defect and so courier charges are not refunded.
Every new batch of fabric is slightly different in tone and hand feel and repeat orders on the same color might not be showing exactly the same tone and hand feel as a previous supply. We won't accept refund or return for a discrepancy in this matter.
